She showed us probably 15-18 different models from the least expensive used travel trailers to the most expensive 5th wheel and just kept listening to our comments and helping us decide between units with no judgement or feeling like we were wasting her time. Once we settled on an XLR Nitro 5th wheel Keith in finance was awesome quick and easy and Brandon during our walk through instilled a great deal of confidence in his knowledge and ability to explain everything to us. When we arrived Kathy Flowers greeted us with a big smile and treated us like family. She went above and beyond to help us pick out the prefect camper for us. Kim was a big help during financing and did an awesome job. Victor, our technician, went over the camper and fixed anything that needed extra care. Overall it was a great experience shopping and purchasing my Winnebago revel. The best interaction by far was with finance and Victor whom did the walkthrough! I can’t remember who the gentleman that went through all the paperwork with me but he was amazing and explained everything to me. Josh Martin answered all my questions so that I was comfortable looking at their awesome campers. He took lots of time with us to check out all the trailers that met our specifications.
