Parts Associate

Job Description:

Our successful dealership in Greer, South Carolina, Adventure Motor Homes, has an opening for a full-time, experienced Parts Associate. If you are a superstar and can bring the following skills to our dealership, we are interested in hiring you!

  • Greets every customer with a smile, whether it’s in-person or by telephone!
  • Provides parts information, quotes, resolves customer issues in a prompt & efficient manor
  • Maintains an awareness of all parts products and accessories, inventory, merchandise promotions and special orders

  • Fully utilizes our dealer management system on every parts sale

Experience:

Our ideal candidate will have automotive and/or RV parts experience: 1 year preferred.

  • Must be able to lift 50+lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays and some Sundays
  • Must be able to work a 5-6 day work week during busy times if required.

Porter

Job Description:

Our successful dealership in Greer, South Carolina, Adventure Motor Homes, has an opening for a full-time, experienced Porter (transports RVs & other vehicles) If you are a superstar and can bring the following skills to our dealership, we are interested in hiring you!

  • Greets every customer with a smile and directs them to sales, service and/or parts
  • Ensure RVS on the lot are well placed for effective merchandising to customers.
  • Transport RVs into and out of the service bays. Safely utilizes a tractor, truck and/or forklift
  • Runs parts from the parts department to the service team.
  • Maintains the dealerships display areas (lots) in a clean and marketable condition to include debris cleanup and some lawn and maintenance duties.
  • Transport RVs (to auction, customers and other areas as instructed.
  • Provides tow vehicle (tractor/truck) maintenance (ensure towing vehicles are in good condition for ongoing dealership activities).
  • Wash rack duties – assists detailers cleaning (inside/out) of recreational vehicles for customer display and pick up if needed.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, outgoing personality
  • Excellent computer and electronics (utilize iPad, iPhone and radios)

Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description:

Our Front Desk Receptionist is key in our busy RV dealership! Do you enjoy working with people? Contact us and join our team today!

Duties Include:

  • Meets and greet our customers with a smile!
  • Answers multi-line telephone systems, takes accurate messages, and screens and directs telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Provides administrative support for sales and other departments.
  • Receives, maintains, distributes and monitors dealership sales leads to ensure sales follow up and communication. Includes log sheet maintenance.
  • Provides support for sales on entry of work orders, vehicles and other sales documents into our dealer management system.
  • Performs vehicle check-ins, receipt of documentation, log books, assignment of stock numbers, vehicle price sheets, etc.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Works 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; may include Saturdays

Required Skills:

  • Written & Oral Communication Skills
  • Computer skills are a must including Microsoft and Google software.
  • Customer Relations, Organization and Attention to Detail

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. A minimum of one year of clerical and multi-line telephone or related experience is required.


Weekend Front Desk Receptionist
