Just a note to let you
know how pleased we are with '02 Gulf Stream Independence.
We really appreciate the way you treated us and made us feel like
family. As with any thing used there will be things that need to be
taken care of and you have been on top of them all, no matter how
trivial.
You made the transition into RVing smoother than I thought possible,
since I was a "newbe" you made it seem as though I had been doing this
for a long time. The fact that we were able to use this unit to make
sure that it was a fit for our situation ( 2 puppies) and all the
teaching that you did for us was incredible.
When we upgrade you will be at the top of our list.

To Everyone one at Bob
Ledford’s Adventure Motor Homes:
I want to thank all of you for the assistance in purchasing our first
RV. Being local to the Greenville SC area and knowing David from our
association with our kids racing motocross you provided insights that no
other organization provided. You took the time on the front end to
educate me with the different quality and types of products that allowed
my wife and myself to chose a unit that fits our needs. Based on the
education and your wiliness to let us test drive different units I feel
we made a decision that not only satisfies our needs for traveling with
the kids but also a RV that we can feel as comfortably as we do in our
own home.
With that said it was not only the support you provided on the front end
but the assistance you have provided during the purchase and since we
have purchased the unit. Your support staff has provided me assistance
in understanding the features of the unit and have provided useful tips.
In this being our first RV experience I can not tell you how
appreciative we are of that support. I also want to thank Pam for
assisting us on setting up our insurance and warranty programs, she has
been terrific. I feel that support of customer service is what does
separate you from your competitors.
We highly recommend anyone looking at purchasing a quality RV product to
discuss their needs with Adventure Motor Home prior to making a
purchase.

Just wanted to let you
guys know how satisfied we are with our motor home.
We purchased this Winnebago from you a couple of months ago and have
gone on three trips so far and we just love it. You guys are top notch
the experience was great I definitely would recommend Adventure Motor
Homes to my family and friends. You stood behind everything in our
agreement and I am completely satisfied with the deal.

As Canadians, we just
purchased a 2006 Mandalay Presidio from Bob Ledfords Adventure
Motorhomes way down in South Carolina; we are in sunny Alberta, Canada,
2650 miles away.
Our search involved 2 months of watching ebay plus numerous other
sources. I narrowed my search down to this unit in SC and one in TX.
After speaking with both sellers, I clearly felt comfortable with the
answers and responses given by David Ledford and his staff. David walked
inside and outside the motorhome as we were on the phone. He answered
all my questions extremely well and described the motorhome features in
detail. I was surprised to learn later that he was the owner and so
involved.
He assured me that if for any reason we were not happy with it upon
arrival, we could get 100% of our purchase back. He went further to say
they have sold to Canadian buyers frequently and would assist with all
paperwork, even change the oil & filter and have it all ready for our
long travel back home. They got all the Recall Clearance letters and
even did the daytime running lights to complete the Canadian import
requirements. They knew it and they did it complete !
The TX seller was the opposite. It was as is, where is complete with
carpet stains, etc. He simply buys from Auto Auctions and resells, full
payment in 5 days. No thanks was my response.
I made the purchase with Davids Dealership in SC, booked my flight, was
picked up at the airport. Motorhome was totally ready for first night
stay at dealership. Even had a courtesy car available, with map to
nearby grocery stores, etc, etc. Next day we spent 4 hours going through
a complete detailed review. To my surprise, I was reminded that if for
any reason I was not happy with it, I did not have to buy it. I could
not believe how customer concerned they were. 100% happy without sales
pressure.
When I left, it was raining. 2 hours into my 50 hour drive home, the
wipers stopped. In heavy rain, I pulled into a truck stop. I checked the
fuse & linkage, both OK so phoned the dealership. Immediate response was
to help find a place to get it fixed. Very soon after, David (owner) and
Pam (partner) called to say how sorry they are to hear I had a problem.
They gave a couple suggestions and said just get it fixed, collect any
bills and send them to us, we will reimburse. Well, how great was it to
hear that still 100% customer concern no refusal or nickel & dime.
Can you imagine what the response might have been if I bought the TX
unit and made the same call?
Sorry for the lengthy feedback but I just needed to let others know that
there is still a GREAT DEALER out there. Would I purchase again from Bob
Ledfords RV 300% YES. Would I say distance matters in this case -
distance should not be a concern. The complete group here is totally
great to do business with. The rest of the drive was great, motorhome is
home in Canada and we are extremely pleased. Huge Thank You to David,
beautiful Pam, Ray, Doug, Ronny & Larry.
You are absolutely great people to do business with.

Thank you so much for
your "Southern" Hospitality!
I Just wanted to
drop you a note to say thank you so much for your "southern" hospitality
while I was down there to pickup my toyhauler. To say that I'm a picky
buyer is an understatement especially finding something on Ebay. I was
very hesitant to drive 10 hours fearing that the trailer would not be to
my standards but to my surprise the unit was cleaner than you described.
I also wanted to thank the guys in the shop for there help as I needed
some help installing my hitch. The guys in shop were more than willing
to do whatever it took to get me going and were a pleasure to deal with
they're a credit to your establishment. I wish you and your family a
great year and continued success with your business and I will certainly
recommend you to any of my friends.

Jerry and Laurrie Gibbs would Highly Recommend Adventure Motor Homes.
We traveled from NY State to purchase a Winnebago Motor
Home. When we arrived they had the coach in their garage all hooked up
and ready for our inspection. We were very happy with the service
gentleman that showed us all the "bells and whistles" on the coach. We
had spoke to the owner of the company and he was very generous with our
deal. Also, the manager was there when we arrived and we both
appreciated his time concerning all the paperwork that needed to be
completed. Everything went smoothly and we are very satisfied with our
coach. Thanks again guys!
